With over 25 years of experience spanning telecommunications, e-commerce, and logistics, Zişan brings the operational depth that turns market opportunity into sustainable business. Her career includes senior roles at Türk Telekom and Turkcell — where she led large-scale projects, built key client relationships, and consistently delivered growth and profitability.

Since 2019, Zişan has been based in the United States, where she has deepened her expertise in digital marketing and the trade corridor between Turkey and America — giving Colibri Growth a permanent, on-the-ground presence in the market it serves.

At Colibri Growth, Zişan oversees the operational engine: order and inventory management, import/export processes, team leadership, and digital integration.
